Cancellation Policy
Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period from their scheduled session to cancel or call; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited. Deposits may be applied toward future services only if cancellation occurs within the grace period. A waitlist system is in place for full programs, and placements are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposits collected for the waitlist will be applied once a spot becomes available, or may be transferred to another Lobos Coaching service if no placement opens. These policies ensure fairness, accountability, and program quality for all clients.
